I love Tatcha Rice Wash for its application. It lathers up like a dream, and the scent is a natural floral vibe. I love how creamy and gentle it feels on the skin. No harsh detergent foam here, just a luxurious experience.

Talking about the ingredients- it has Japanese algae, hyaluronic acid, and Tatcha’s proprietary HADASA3 complex. Moisturizing, softening, and promising a happy, healthy skin barrier.

1. 9 Wishes Rice Foaming Cleanser (Dupes Winner)

Now let me tell you, this is hands down one of the best Tatcha Rice Wash dupes, in fact I think it is the best of all. I have personally used this one and I didn’t know back then that it is a dupe for Tatcha Rice wash. But when I used it, I immediately felt like this was very similar to something already in my collection. The names are eerily similar, and after testing both, I was shook by how close they are. When you look at the ingredient lists, they’re practically skincare twins.

So, the Tatcha one has this thick, foamy texture with those tiny grainy bits. I mean, it feels luxurious. Key Ingredients

  • Ceramides: Ceramides are like the bodyguards of your skin. They help fortify and strengthen the natural protective barrier, preventing moisture loss and keeping environmental irritants at bay.

I love the ingredients list of this cleanser. The coconut-derived triple lipid complex, featuring ceramides and fatty acids, is seriously a game-changer for the skin barrier. Just take a glance over the ingredients, it’s very impressive – a mix of moisturizing and exfoliating components. From sugar beet-derived amino acids to sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, aloe vera, seaweed extract, squalene, and jojoba oil, the moisturizing lineup is on point. On the exfoliating side, gluconolactone and citrus bring a gentle touch to the mix.

In application, the cleanser does its job exceptionally well. It lathers up beautifully, removing makeup thoroughly without leaving any residue. It doesn’t dry out the skin, and the texture after adding water is a light foam, not overwhelming at all. Plus, it has a faint coconut scent – a pleasant touch. However, considering its effectiveness with regular mascara and its overall performance, I can’t really count that as a true con.

It’s not a bad product – it’s actually quite nice. But here’s the kicker – it doesn’t foam up like typical cleansers due to its unique ingredients.

This scrub has been my skincare sidekick for a while now. This scrub isn’t your typical face cleanser with rough sugar bits. No, no. It cleans the skin well without making it feel too dehydrated. Not too harsh, but enough to make my skin feel alive and kickin’. And bonus, it doesn’t turn my face into a desert. Major win.

Let’s get real about the daily exfoliant claim – nah, fam, that’s a bit much. Overdoing it can turn your face into a battleground. Before anything else, let me talk about the scent cause it’s really imp for sensitive skin. Some might say it’s divine, and for those who dig strong floral jasmine vibes, it’s a match made in heaven. But, and there’s always a but, for me, it’s a bit much. The floral aroma is on the intense side, especially if you’re not a jasmine fan, which I am not and that is the only reason I hated this product. It performs well but the scent is a big no for me. If you are someone who can endure strong scents, you can give it a try.
